We are really looking forward to meeting our parents/ guardians at Curriculum Night tomorrow night at St Francis!

We will begin in the gym at 6:30 PM with what I promise will be a very brief introduction from myself, along with greetings from our Parish from Deacon Bill.

Next, there will be two sessions for classroom visits between 6:45 and 7:45 where you will have an opportunity to meet your child’s educators and learn more about the great learning that will be taking place this year!

Additionally, during this time there will be kiosk’s set up the Learning Commons if you would like to learn more about:

How to access your child’s Google account and navigate docs, emails, slides…;

How Hapara supports their learning;

Navigating the student portal and see all that it has to offer (including a multitude of eBooks);

How to use Google Read & Write;

Our Samaritans on the Digital Road, an exceptional program that we use to teach digital citizenship;

Sign up for SeeSaw if your educator uses it, as well as School Messanger & School Cash On-Line;

Sign up to help our School Council;

and/or

See some samples of our  St Francis Spirit Wear!

Additionally,  there will be School Council members present throughout the school with name tags that indicate their involvement. Please don’t hesitate to ask them questions and/ or indicate you would like to support them by lending a hand with some of the wonderful events they lead at St Francis!

We are all looking forward to a great evening of relationship building and collaboration!
